Key Responsibilities


Payroll Management

Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
Maintain payroll records, including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure seamless salary disbursements.
Address and resolve payroll-related employee concerns.

Leave and Attendance Management
Oversee leave policies and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Track attendance, analyze trends, and provide monthly reports to management.
Assist employees with leave-related inquiries and ensure clarity on policies.

Employee Relations and Dispute Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Mediate conflicts and propose solutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Conduct investigations and ensure fair resolutions while adhering to labor laws.

HR Records and Reporting
Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, including contracts and performance evaluations.
Prepare and present HR reports such as payroll summaries and compliance updates.
Safeguard the confidentiality and accuracy of all HR-related data.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to policies.
Accommodation and Transportation Coordination
Manage staff accommodation and ensure living conditions meet safety and company standards.
Organize and oversee transportation logistics for employees as required.



Key Requirements


  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 8–10 years in HR roles, preferably in the construction sector.
  3. Skills: Strong expertise in payroll, leave management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  4. Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and construction industry standards.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and HR software tools.
  6. Attributes: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
